How to Brew

Step 1: Boil 1 cup of water. Add 1–1.5 teaspoons of Tandoori Chai blend.
Step 2: Simmer for 3–4 minutes on medium heat. Let the spices open up.
Step 3: Add milk (to taste) and bring to a boil again.
Step 4: Strain into a cup. Add sugar or jaggery if desired.
Pro tip: For the authentic tandoori effect, heat a small steel glass or kulhad until smoking hot, then pour the chai into it from height. The sizzle is the magic.
