⚡ Why Does This Honey Crystallize?

Because it's real. Raw, unprocessed honey naturally crystallizes over time — it's the glucose in pure honey forming crystals. Commercially processed honey is heated to 70°C+ to prevent this, which destroys enzymes, antioxidants, and everything that makes honey honey. If your honey never crystallizes, ask yourself: what are you actually eating?

To decrystallize: Place the jar in warm water (not boiling) for 10-15 minutes. Never microwave.

Our honey comes directly from dedicated bee farms in Himachal Pradesh — not from traders, not from blending units. The beekeepers place their hives near specific flora to produce monofloral varieties, and we bring it to you exactly as the bees made it: raw, unprocessed, and honest. Every batch is tested at a government-accredited laboratory for purity before it reaches our jars.

Storage
