There's a reason industrial oil extraction runs at high speed — speed means volume, and volume means profit. But speed also means heat, and heat strips out everything that makes coconut oil worth using. Our oil is pressed at approximately 16 RPM in a wooden churner set in a stainless steel kolhu — where tradition meets food safety. The result is then left to settle naturally through sedimentation, not forced through chemical filters. What you get is pure, unrefined coconut oil with its natural aroma, nutrients, and character fully intact.
What Makes This Coconut Oil Different

Process: Wood + stainless steel kolhu pressing at ~16 RPM. No heat, no chemicals, no solvent extraction. Oil is then left undisturbed for natural sedimentation before bottling.

Pure coconut oil naturally solidifies below 24–25°C. This is not a defect — it’s proof that the oil hasn’t been refined or chemically treated. Refined coconut oil stays liquid year-round because the refining process alters its natural structure. If your coconut oil never solidifies, question what was done to it.
To liquify: Place the bottle in warm water for a few minutes. Do not microwave.

Storage
